General Provisions
These Terms govern your use of the website hiringrealitycheck.com and the purchase of the digital product "Hiring Reality Check" (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").

The Product is distributed and sold through the Gumroad platform (Gumroad, Inc.), which acts as the merchant of record and processes payments.
By making a purchase or using this website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using the website and purchasing the Product.
Definitions
"Product" — the digital self-diagnostic tool for job seekers called "Hiring Reality Check," delivered as a PDF and/or online access.
"Buyer" or "User" — a natural person who purchases the Product through the website.
"Website" — the website located at hiringrealitycheck.com.

"Platform" — Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.), through which the Product is sold and delivered. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record in accordance with their terms of service.
"Digital Content" — data produced and supplied in digital form, as defined by EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Product Description
"Hiring Reality Check" is a self-diagnostic tool designed for job seekers. The Product includes:
— A self-diagnostic with 30+ targeted questions. — A hiring funnel map — where candidates get filtered out. — Correction checklists: CV, cover letters, interviews. — A decision tree: why you were ignored. — An action plan — concrete steps for improvement.
The Product is informational and educational in nature. It is not a recruitment service, career counseling, or a guarantee of employment.
Diagnostic results are based on the answers provided by the User and are advisory in nature.
Placing an Order
To purchase the Product, the User is redirected to the Gumroad checkout page, where they provide the required information and complete the payment.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a sale in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Price and Payment
The price of the Product is displayed on the website and on the Gumroad checkout page. All prices are final and include all applicable taxes.
Payment is processed through Gumroad, which accepts credit/debit cards and other payment methods available through their platform.
The Seller does not store the User's payment information. All payment data is handled directly by Gumroad in accordance with their security policies.
Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful payment, the User receives immediate access to the Product. A download link or access link is sent to the email address provided during checkout and/or made available through Gumroad.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrectly provided email address or technical issues on the User's end.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 38, point 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.
Since the Product is digital content with immediate access upon payment, by purchasing the Product you agree that access is granted immediately and you waive your right of withdrawal.
This means that after payment has been made and access has been granted, refunds are not available.
Complaints
If the Product has a technical defect (corrupted file, inability to open, missing content), the User has the right to file a complaint at [EMAIL].
A complaint should include: your name, the email address used for the purchase, a description of the issue, and screenshots if possible.
The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and respond via email. If the complaint is justified, the Seller will provide a working copy of or access to the Product.
Intellectual Property
All materials included in the Product, including text, graphics, structure, and design, are protected by copyright and belong to [NAZWA FIRMY].

Liability

The Author is not liable for decisions made by the User based on the diagnostic results. The Author's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Product.
The Author is not responsible for website downtime caused by force majeure, maintenance, or the actions of third parties.
Data Protection
The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Polish data protection laws.

Changes to Terms
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms. The updated version will be published on the website with the date of the last update indicated.
Changes do not affect orders placed before the effective date of the modifications. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Final Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court under Polish law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
In case of discrepancies between language versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
